(Psalms 85:1. LORD, thou hast been favorable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob).
The psalmist started with praising the Lord for the wonderful works he has done To the Nation of ISREAL(Jacob).
First he revealed how God had deliver his land By FAVOR(good will intervention not By merit). And you must take note the phrase "Brought back" is another word for "REVIVAL"...
